Hazuki Sakurazaka is the head maid of the Nogizaka family, entrusted with overseeing the care of Haruka and Mika Nogizaka. She exhibits a protective, almost sisterly demeanor towards Haruka, acting as her confidante and guardian. Typically reserved and expressionless, Hazuki occasionally surprises with unexpectedly blunt or startling announcements.

She possesses a strong affection for cute items, maintaining a personal collection of stuffed animals. In her security duties, she frequently appears suddenly, often wielding her preferred defensive weapon: a chainsaw. Concerns about her perceived distance once led Haruka, Yūto Ayase, Mika, and Nanami Nanashiro to follow her. Mistaking her visit to a bridal shop as a sign of resignation, they learned she had actually gone to a hardware store above it to repair her chainsaw, reaffirming her commitment to the family.

Hazuki actively safeguards Haruka's secret otaku interests. She assists Haruka during the Summer Comiket, helping her navigate crowds and avoid attention. When Haruka's father discovers her hobby, Hazuki accompanies her to hide at Yūto's residence and later aids in the confrontation.

She collaborates closely with other household staff, especially Nanami, the third-ranking maid, and occasionally participates in wider service community events, such as co-organizing an annual gathering for maids and butlers.

Physically, Hazuki has purple hair styled in a bun with spiky bangs, green eyes, and a slim build. She wears the standard Nogizaka maid uniform, complete with apron, bonnet, glasses, and court shoes.
