Movie
Description
Chocolat is a female Sweetspet, a type of magical being from the world of Sweetsland, who appears in the film Eiga Jewelpet Sweets Dance Princess. Her physical form is that of a confectionery-themed creature, specifically crafted from chocolate ice cream, and her species is an Asian black bear. Her fur is primarily light brown, complemented by darker brown fluff around her neck and legs. Her ears are made of chocolate ice cream and are decorated with white sprinkles, adding to her sweet-inspired design. A distinctive feature is the orange crescent moon mark on her forehead, and her eyes are a warm caramel brown color. She also wears an orange necklace that resembles a candy wrapper, further tying her appearance to the sugary aesthetic of her homeland.

In the context of the film, Chocolat serves as a servant to the main antagonist, Duke Crème de Brûlée. Her role in the story is closely tied to his schemes against the kingdom of Sweetsland and its princess. Acting as one of his lackeys, she works alongside the Macaroon Quadruplets, who are four other Sweetspets named Mako, Kako, Roko, and Koron. Together, they carry out the Duke's orders. One of her notable tasks in the movie is to launch a special gummy egg containing another character named Gumimin into the Candy Tower, a key landmark in Sweetsland, as part of the Duke's plan.

Chocolat's personality is depicted as cold-hearted and pragmatic, showcasing a willingness to do whatever is necessary to fulfill her objectives. This trait makes her a fitting and effective minion for the Duke, as she approaches her duties with a serious and uncompromising attitude. Despite this ruthless efficiency, she has a notable verbal quirk. She frequently mispronounces her master's name, "Crème de Brûlée," which leads to him correcting her. Eventually, to avoid this recurring error, she simply addresses him as Sire or young master. This small flaw provides a subtle contrast to her otherwise severe demeanor.

Her background establishes her as a native of Sweetsland, a world populated by various Sweetspets and ruled by a royal family. Like others of her kind, Chocola's body is made of sweets, and it is implied that she possesses the standard abilities of a Sweetspet. This includes the power to regenerate any part of her body that might be eaten or damaged, an ability unique to her species that allows them to recover by expending energy. While she has minor cameo appearances in earlier television anime series, her most significant role and character development occur within the narrative of the Sweets Dance Princess movie, where she functions as a direct agent of the Duke.
