TV-Series
Description
Rizumu Amamiya, who later becomes Rizumu Toudou, originates from the arcade game *Pretty Rhythm: Miniskirt* and appears in the anime series. She is the daughter of Sonata Kanzaki, a former Prism Queen famed for performing the legendary Aurora Rising jump before vanishing. This event deeply affected Rizumu's childhood. She lived with her father, Ryutaro Amamiya, clinging to a stuffed bear named Andy, her only reminder of her mother. Her driving goal became mastering Aurora Rising, hoping it would reunite them.

She possesses bright orange hair and matching eyes. In her youth, she wears her hair long with a section tied in a side ponytail secured by a pink heart-shaped accessory; this later changes to a blue star-shaped clip as she matures. Her everyday style is sporty, favoring hoodies, sneakers, and shorts for movement, though she initially lacks fashion sense, creating mismatched outfits she finds appealing. By her late teens, she grows taller and adopts a more mature appearance.

Her personality is energetic and headstrong, marked by impulsiveness, loud emotional expressions, and acting before thinking. She excels in dancing and has high stamina but struggles academically, needing tutoring to pass exams. Initially, she isolates herself, viewing others as obstacles to her goal, particularly resenting naturally talented rivals like Aira Harune. This leads to moments of cruelty, such as bluntly dismissing a child's hope or slapping Aira during a conflict over stolen Prism Stones. Her fixation on Aurora Rising causes her to sacrifice friendships and her relationship with Hibiki under the influence of her mentor, Kei Asechi, who demands total devotion to Prism Shows. This culminates in near-corruption where jealousy and anger manifest as dark wings during a failed Aurora Rising attempt.

Her development centers on learning the value of connections. Her initial rivalry with Aira Harune evolves into deep friendship after Aira helps coordinate outfits that unlock Rizumu's Prism Jump abilities, symbolizing how collaboration overcomes isolation. Her bond with Mion Takamine shifts from hostility to mutual respect, forming the unit MARs. Romantically, she forms a secret relationship with Hibiki Toudou, initially meeting during solo practice where they confide insecurities. Their relationship faces challenges, including Rizumu's temporary rejection of him under Kei's influence and disapproval from Hibiki's sister, Kanon. They marry secretly at age 17, later publicly announcing their union after fan backlash is resolved through a supportive Prism Show. Post-marriage, Kanon accepts her as a sister-in-law.

Her Prism Star journey begins with repeated failures to perform basic jumps due to emotional stubbornness. After Aira helps her achieve her first jump, "Heartful Splash," she gradually masters others like "Stardust Shower" and "Colorful Choco Parade." Her pursuit of Aurora Rising involves physical and emotional risks, including exhaustion-induced hospitalization. During the Prism Queen Cup semi-finals, she finally executes Aurora Rising successfully but collapses immediately after. Though she doesn't win the cup, the performance awakens her mother from amnesia, leading to a family reunion. She also gains an adopted sister, Kaname Chris.

Later, she restarts MARs with Aira and Mion, mentoring new idols like Prizmmy☆ and PURETTY. As a married woman, she advises Aira on relationships and balances her career with domestic life, seen preparing dinner for Hibiki. A vision shows her honeymooning with Hibiki while her mother cares for Rizumu's newborn sister.
