Description
Chiaki Hebiyama, alias Sky Snaker, is a second-year at Y-Academy. He presents an androgynous look with pink hair fading to white, featuring two neck-length bangs on the right side and middle. His attire consists of a blue jacket worn open at the shoulders, blue pants, a black-to-purple faded hooded shirt, black-and-white sneakers, and black fingerless gloves. His eyes are very dark violet, accentuated by black eyeliner.
Originally a human musician in a band, Chiaki and his bandmates were abducted and experimented on by aliens aboard a UFO. The experiments granted him a flexible, snake-like body adorned with hexagonal markings, while his friends mutated into monstrous forms. After escaping the UFO and bidding an emotional farewell to his transformed friends, Chiaki returned home only to find his mother fainted upon seeing his markings. This event led him to bond with Nozuchika Mitsumatagi, and together they honed their skills to enroll at Y-Academy.
At Y-Academy, Chiaki leads the Heavy Metal Club and serves as a core member of the School Mafia, acting as Nozuchika Mitsumatagi's partner. The School Mafia initially aims to unite troubled students to reduce criminal activities, later expanding its mission to combat Onryo and alien invaders alongside the YSP Club and allies. Chiaki harbors a deep grudge against aliens due to his abduction and experimentation, motivating him to aid others with similar grievances, such as Ranto Kirigakure after learning of Ranto's alien-related past.
Chiaki wields the YSP Watch Viper Connector, enabling his transformation into the Yo-kai Hero Sky Snaker. This transformation sequence is featured when he leads Ranto Kirigakure and YSP Club members to Nozuchika's lair in episode YG023. He can also transform into Rokuro Rocks using the Majin Watch when near Lady Longnek.
His personality blends a genuine passion for rock music with a penchant for verbal quirks, including ending sentences with "ssho" (っしょ) in Japanese. He enjoys Nom Burgers, and his birthday (June 9) contains a numerical pun: "6" and "9" combine to form "Rokku" (rock). During the climax of *Bustlin' School Life*, Chiaki exhibits an aura typically associated with reincarnated Yo-kai Heroes, hinting at a possible Yo-kai lineage.
