Her transformation into Cure Lemonade begins during a Nightmare battle encounter with Nozomi and Rin. Inspired by Nozomi's call to "be herself," Urara leaps to their defense, prompting a yellow butterfly to bestow her Pinky Catch device. As Cure Lemonade, she announces herself with "The effervescent scent of bursting lemon, Cure Lemonade!" wielding effervescent light-based powers. Her yellow theme manifests in bright hair and a costume featuring conical buns, a cream butterfly-motif dress, and golden boots. *Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!* updates her design with leaf-shaped bows and layered boots, while her later "Rainbow" form adds neon-yellow pigtails, feather accents, and wings.
