Movie
Description
Chypre is a fairy from the Tree of Hearts who partners with Hanasaki Tsubomi, enabling her transformation into Cure Blossom. Initially harboring doubts about Tsubomi after an early defeat, she grew to trust her completely upon witnessing Tsubomi's determination to protect others. Characterized by honesty and a direct way of voicing her thoughts, Chypre often displays deep concern for Tsubomi's well-being, offering guidance during moments of low self-confidence like an older sister figure. Physically, she resembles Coffret with white fur, heart-shaped ears featuring cyan heart markings, dark brown eyes with similar cyan accents, and a fuchsia bow adorned with a pink gem star. She ends sentences with "-desu".

Fleeing the Tree of Hearts alongside Coffret after Cure Moonlight's defeat, they carried the Heart Perfumes to find a new Pretty Cure. Crash-landing in Kibougahana, they encountered Tsubomi, Cure Flower's granddaughter. After Tsubomi demonstrated courage protecting Erika and the fairies from Sasorina, Chypre reacted to Tsubomi's resolve by providing the Heart Perfume, facilitating her first transformation. Chypre then began residing with Tsubomi, often pretending to be a toy around Tsubomi's parents. She remained Tsubomi's constant companion, supporting her through personal struggles and battles against the Desert Apostles.

During the final confrontation with Dune, Chypre accompanied Tsubomi to the Castle Planet to rescue Kaoruko (Cure Flower), participated in freeing Cure Moonlight, and witnessed Dune's defeat and the Tree of Hearts' restoration.

Chypre's abilities center on supporting Cure Blossom. She transforms into a durable flight cape, enabling flight and deflecting energy attacks like Dune's blasts. Her primary role involves summoning Tsubomi's Pretty Cure Heart Seed for transformations.

Her relationships include a friendly, collaborative dynamic with Coffret, rarely arguing and often sharing opinions. Both act as older sibling figures to Potpourri, guiding and correcting her. Chypre deeply respects Coupe, addressing him with "-sama," and harbors similar reverence for Cologne, calling him "Senpai," and was profoundly affected by Cologne's death.

In the movie *Fashion Show in the Flower Capital... Really?!*, Chypre accompanied Tsubomi and the Fashion Club to Paris. Discovering the injured Loup-Garou (later named Olivier) and attacked by Snackeys, Chypre aided their escape. After Baron Salamander trapped Loup-Garou and created a Desertrian, Chypre enabled Tsubomi's transformation into Cure Blossom to fight it. She became the flight cape during this battle and, alongside Coffret, helped free Loup-Garou by dislodging the crystal ball containing him. Throughout the Paris events, Chypre remained by Tsubomi's side, supporting her efforts to understand and help Olivier.

Chypre is the first female mascot partnered with a lead Cure, breaking the pattern of previous lead Cures having male mascots. She ranked 3rd in the "The Fairy you wish to have as a partner most" category in Toei Animation's Pretty Cure All Stars DX3 Movie Character Polls.
