Description
Kayo Aiga transfers into Hime Gotou's elementary school class. Overwhelmed by nerves during her self-introduction, she finds herself unable to speak, an experience that plunges her into despair and fuels intense anxiety about being isolated by her classmates. Hime Gotou's subsequent approach, offering friendship and support, profoundly impacts Kayo. She develops deep gratitude towards Hime, viewing her as a personal "savior" for this crucial kindness. Their friendship blossoms, strengthened significantly by a shared interest: both own pet dogs, providing a natural bonding point. Kayo originates as a reference from Kouji Kumeta's earlier work "Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei." Physically, she is noted for her ponytail hairstyle and rosy cheeks. Within the narrative, Kayo embodies childhood social anxieties and demonstrates the transformative effect of kindness in a school environment.
