Nanase Hiramatsu's father is arrested for murder, though his guilt is uncertain. In the wake of his arrest, a group of her classmates decide to punish her for her father's alleged crimes.

They force her to obey their every sexual command as atonement for her father's sins, compelling her to satisfy their twisted desires in multiple locations, including at school, in her own room, and on crowded trains. This relentless persecution is intensified by public humiliation when someone begins publishing detailed accounts of her experiences in a special Atonement Newspaper, distributed across the school campus.

She grapples with feelings of guilt and stress throughout the assaults, often questioning why she must pay for crimes she did not commit. The unending situation exacts a heavy psychological toll, blurring her emotional responses into a complex interplay of trauma and shutdown.

Amid the repeated assaults, she has one unexpected consensual sexual encounter. Another character, known as The Organizer, orchestrates the attacks and consistently guilt-trips her, though he refrains from direct physical participation.
