Description
Victory Ramenman hails from a small Chinese village where he saw his father, Somenman, murdered during a Cobra Gang raid. Thrown off a cliff in the attack, he survived the fall into a river below and was rescued by Chen Zongming. Chen adopted and rigorously trained him in Chojin Kung Fu for twelve years, preparing him for vengeance.
His training culminated in a graduation exercise where he lifted a scalding hot jar, branding the kanji "中" (Chū) onto his forehead. Chen Zongming then bestowed upon him the identity of Victory Ramenman and awarded the "Toryu Gokui Sho" (Essential Battle Dragon Scroll), a scroll capable of transforming into nunchaku weapons.
Victory Ramenman masters Chojin Kung Fu and its 102 techniques, including Praying Mantis Fist, Drunken Fist, and Eagle Claw. His signature move is the "Mōko Hyappo Ken" (Hundred Tiger Fist), though formidable opponents like Bailong and Tiaolong have countered it. His arsenal extends to weapons such as the sansetsukon (three-sectioned staff) and an adjustable sword-staff. He also employs energy projection through chi manipulation, pressure point strikes, and petrification abilities. His physical prowess grants superhuman strength, endurance, and exceptional pain tolerance, demonstrated by enduring months of sleepless training and organ-burning sensations.
After achieving vengeance against the Cobra Gang, he journeyed across martial arts-dominated lands with his young companion, Shumai, whose village had also suffered a Cobra Gang attack. His travels brought confrontations with numerous adversaries, including the Seven Evil Shogi Pieces, bandits like Jinlong and Bailong, and fighters such as Gyoku'ou and Marvelous Hagler. His combat history reflects a pattern of initial losses overcome by adapted strategies leading to victory.
Driven by justice and a protective instinct, his personality manifests in eruptions of rage at cruelty, marked by tearing his upper garments and the exclamation "Yu...ru...sen!!" (Unforgivable!!). While evolving from singular vengeance towards broader heroism, he maintains a fierce battle demeanor.
Physically, he stands 208 cm tall and weighs 130 kg, possessing an athletic build, a Fu Manchu mustache, and a queue hairstyle. The "中" symbol on his forehead signifies his Chinese heritage. His key equipment remains the Dragon Scroll Nunchaku and the adjustable staff-sword hybrid.
Notable relationships include his mentor Chen Zongming and traveling companion Shumai. He also has a younger sister named Ranya. His story unfolds through continuous battles against evolving threats, reinforcing his role as a wandering martial arts guardian.
