Movie
Description
Rollpanna, Melonpanna's older sister, was created by Uncle Jam as a companion using the rare Flower of Pure Heart to instill selflessness, bravery, and kindness. Baikinman sabotaged her creation with Bacteria Grass, resulting in her birth with two conflicting hearts: a red heart symbolizing goodness and a blue heart representing evil. These hearts cause unpredictable shifts in her personality. The evil blue heart activates upon seeing or hearing Anpanman, while the good red heart emerges in Melonpanna's presence.
She typically wears a white turban-like head wrap marked with a red "R," a cyan cape, and a black outfit with white gloves, belt, and shoes; her eyes are turquoise blue. When her evil heart dominates, she becomes Black Rollpanna: her turban turns dark grayish-black, her gloves, belt, and shoes become black, her eyes shift to red, and the blue heart on her chest glows brighter. Exposure to concentrated Bacteria Grass transforms her into "Complete Black Rollpanna," marked by a "B" on her turban and a fused heart, amplifying her aggression and destructive capabilities.
Rollpanna possesses flight at high speeds, superhuman hearing allowing her to detect Melonpanna's calls from anywhere, and proficiency with a gymnastics ribbon. This ribbon can entangle enemies and generate tornadoes; in her evil state, it can electrocute opponents or turn them to stone. To prevent harming others, she isolates herself in the mountains, intervening only when Melonpanna summons her or Baikinman forces her evil heart to surface.
Reserved and emotionally guarded, Rollpanna rarely speaks or expresses feelings openly. She deeply cares for Melonpanna, responding instantly to her distress calls. Her relationships are complex: she respects but avoids Anpanman due to her evil heart's influence, views Currypanman and Shokupanman as allies who can sometimes temper her dark impulses, and resents Baikinman for corrupting her. Melonpanna's presence or melon juice can revert her to her good state. In rare instances, like when her hearts split completely, her evil half becomes uncontrollable, attacking even Melonpanna and ignoring Baikinman.
Her development involves gradual acceptance among the heroes, yet she maintains solitude to manage her dual nature. Stories explore her internal conflict, such as protecting interdimensional allies or confronting enhanced evil forms. Despite her tragic origin, she remains a reluctant hero, prioritizing others' safety over her own connections.
