Description
Hikaru Tezuka is a central supporting character in Library War: The Wings of Revolution, serving as a dedicated member of the Library Defense Force. He begins his career as a Librarian First Class, a rank that reflects his high level of competence, and is later promoted to Chief Librarian. He is drafted into the elite Library Task Force at the same time as Iku Kasahara, with whom he is paired on Team Dojo.
Coming from an affluent and influential family, Hikaru is the son of the president of the National Library Association. He is serious, blunt, and highly capable, possessing a natural intelligence and a strong work ethic. Initially, this manifests as a critical demeanor, and he struggles to acknowledge Iku Kasahara because he feels she does not meet the rigorous standards expected of a task force member.
