Laura Sullivan, an American from Sacramento, California, became orphaned after her mother perished in an attack by the Muge Zorbados Empire. Rescued by Jyusenki Tai member Sara Yuki, she was adopted by Professor Kotaro Hazuki and given a home at the Jyusenki Tai base.

Kind, quiet, and shy, Laura formed a deep bond with fellow team member Masato Shikibu and cherished her dog, Becky. Though not directly involved in combat, her connection to the command structure deepened through familial revelations. During the conflict, General Ross Igor died saving her life, leading to the discovery that Laura is the daughter of Alan Igor (the Black Knight) and granddaughter of Ross Igor.
