TV-Series
Description
Girochi initially serves as the primary antagonist, holding a high-ranking corporate position within the Dark Organization controlling the Iron League. His company owns teams such as Dark Prince and developed unethical control mechanisms like the Shock Circuit, implanted in robots to enforce obedience through pain.

He ruthlessly pursues Ricardo Ginjou, the creator of advanced Leaguer technology, believing Ricardo perished in a lab accident. Girochi seeks Ricardo to complete an unfinished, powerful Leaguer engine for his own purposes, revealing his ambition and disregard for ethics.

As chairman, his influence extends beyond corporate manipulation. He frequently abuses his authority, convening "Owner Meetings" to arbitrarily alter competition rules, ensuring favorable outcomes for his teams or obstructing rivals like Silver Castle. He also establishes the clandestine unit Section X to investigate and eliminate rival Leaguers, employing assassin robots for covert operations.

Girochi is the father of Seagal, a popular actor who initially presents a polite facade. Seagal's true allegiance and cruel nature are later exposed as he acts on his father's behalf to destroy Silver Castle.

A significant shift occurs when Girochi discards the Gold Brothers after repeated defeats, ordering their modification into military Iron Soldiers for space warfare, highlighting his view of Leaguers as expendable assets.

His character undergoes substantial development, gradually accepting the value of fair play and sportsmanship. This culminates in a full Heel–Face Turn by the series' conclusion, where he renounces his former methods and embraces ethical competition.

In the OVA sequel, Girochi retains his manipulative tendencies. He uses his corporate influence to prevent Universal Corporate from fully acquiring Silver Castle, intervening after Silver Castle adopts violent tactics under new ownership, demonstrating his continued capacity to shape events behind the scenes.
