Baby Tiger, called Tiny (Tora-chan), belongs to the circus in *Panda! Go, Panda!: The Rainy-Day Circus*. His story begins when circus performers hunt for a missing item at Mimiko's home—later revealed as Tiny himself. Found napping in Panny's bed, his presence echoes Goldilocks through a used small towel, a played-and-broken small French horn, and disturbed household items sized for Panny. Tiny swiftly integrates into Mimiko's unconventional family, bonding closely with Panny. Their playful friendship includes Tiny demonstrating circus skills like balancing on a ball, which Panny tries to copy. Tiny exhibits acrobatic talents, standing on his hands with legs extended vertically by balancing on his tail. His physical expressiveness and energetic demeanor embody the film's childlike charm. Tiny's origins tie to the circus, home to his mother. Venturing into town with Mimiko and Panny, Tiny instinctively leads Panny to the circus grounds seeking his mother. This results in Panny encountering the caged adult tiger—Tiny's mother—and a chase by circus staff. Mimiko intervenes, reuniting Tiny with his mother and returning Panny to Mimiko. Later, during a severe storm flooding the valley, Tiny dispatches a distress message via bottle. This prompts Mimiko, Papa Panda, and Panny to rescue the stranded circus train. Inside, Tiny and Panny's playful antics accidentally activate the train controls, causing uncontrolled movement until Papa Panda halts it. The narrative culminates with Tiny performing alongside his mother in the circus show, witnessed by Mimiko and the pandas. No additional appearances or development occur beyond this film.
