Kamameshidon is a recurring character in the Anpanman universe, prominently featured in the 1997 film *Soreike! Anpanman: Niji no Pyramid*. His visual identity centers on his head, crafted from "kamameshi"—a traditional Japanese rice dish served in an iron pot.
Exhibiting a carefree and fundamentally honest nature, he passionately champions the exceptional taste of his kamameshi rice, frequently proclaiming its deliciousness with pride. He often performs a distinctive dance while wielding a spatula, accompanied by his signature chant: "♪Kama - kama - don - don - kamadondon - ♪".
He operates as a supporting character affiliated with Uncle Jam's bakery, where he belongs to the "Donburi Trio" and collaborates closely with fellow bakery-based characters. His role involves contributing to the Anpanman community as a friend to bakery associates.
