Kamameshidon’s head mirrors a traditional Japanese kamameshi rice dish served in an iron pot. A member of the Donburi Trio, he radiates a carefree, honest personality and confidently proclaims his kamameshi the tastiest. He bonds with Uncle Jam’s bakery community and habitually dances while wielding his signature spatula.

He appears as a supporting figure in the 1990 film *Soreike! Anpanman: Baikinman no Gyakushuu* and later co-stars with Tekka no Maki-chan in the 2002 film *Sore Ike! Anpanman: Tekka no Maki-chan to Kin no Kamameshidon*.
