Raquel is a dog-like fairy mascot character in the film "Eiga Dokidoki! Precure Mana Kekkon!!? Mirai ni Tsunagu Kibō no Dress". As a fairy partner supporting the Pretty Cure team, Raquel aids the protagonists in their mission. Alongside fellow fairies Charles, Lance, Davi, and Ai, Raquel serves as a companion to the Cures.

When antagonist Marsh imprisons the Cures in magical prisons forcing them to relive past memories, the fairies encounter the mysterious fairy Bebel. Following Bebel's instructions, Raquel and the other fairies enter their partners' magical prisons to help them break free from the chains of the past. Raquel participates fully in this rescue alongside her fairy companions.
