TV-Series
Description
Tokichi Mikuni is the wealthy heir to the large industrial Mikuni Corporation. His family's arcade is a popular racer hangout. Beginning as a spoiled and manipulative individual, he leverages his fortune and opponents' weaknesses during races, often smirking when angered. This conduct faces repeated challenges from rivals, his butler, and his father, especially after a major defeat by Retsu Seiba.

His personality gradually softens, evolving into a more playful and comedic role while maintaining a tricky nature frequently likened to a monkey. He stands as the shortest main character and possesses a distinctive monkey-like facial appearance, which later becomes an iconic symbol for the Mikuni Corporation's business.

His racing machines excel on technical corners. Signature techniques like Thunder Dribble and Lightning Dribble grant them exceptional agility through zig-zags, chicanes, and hairpins. His primary machines include:
- The Spin Axe, his first car, capable of moving in a lightning-shaped pattern to block rivals.
- The Spin Cobra, predominantly used during the WGP season, which enhances track positioning by emitting blue light.
- The Spin Viper, deployed later in the WGP and achieving victory against leading teams.
- The Spin Axe Mk.II, an upgraded version of his original machine.

In the sequel *Return Racers!*, set after the original series, Tokichi serves as president of the Mikuni Corporation, continuing his business involvement beyond racing. He does not appear or play a role in *Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!! MAX*.
