Lady Gandal is a distinct consciousness sharing General Gandal's body. Initially, she manifests as a small female figure within Gandal's mind, identifiable by long red hair, a red outfit, and a rod. Following the destruction of her original form, she fully inhabits and controls Gandal's body, reshaping its appearance with makeup, larger eyebrows, and a forehead diamond.

Her personality starkly contrasts with Gandal's. Where he exhibits loyalty to King Vega and favors brute force, she acts with greater cunning and pragmatism, frequently prioritizing her own advantage. She manipulates events to seize control and pursues personal freedom with ruthless ambition, culminating in an attempt to assassinate King Vega to secure peace on her terms. This fundamental clash in goals and methods fuels constant arguments within their shared body.

Strategically, her calculated approaches often prove more effective than Gandal's, advancing their efforts against their enemies. She demonstrates capable piloting skills, operating spacecraft like the Mothership and commanding powerful Vega Beasts such as Gragra into battle.

Her story culminates in a final confrontation where she pilots Gragra against Grendizer. After this defeat, disillusioned, she contacts the Space Science Laboratory, offering to kill King Vega in exchange for peace. During her assassination attempt at the Skull Moon Base, Gandal forcibly retakes control of their shared body and kills her by shooting it through the eye.
