Sir Violet leads the Cthulhu, an all-female alien race whose male population perished. As Matriarch of a peaceful society, her despair over the race dying without a homeworld activated an ancient wish-granting machine. This spawned Big Gold as the embodiment of "Desire," which warped the Cthulhu's idyllic society into a fascist regime and mutated benign vedims into parasitic weapons. Simultaneously, the machine created Iczer-1 as "Conscience," fulfilling the other half of the Matriarch's wish.

Under Big Gold's control, Sir Violet becomes a mind-controlled puppet directing Earth's invasion. The strategy begins covertly, replacing humans with vedim parasites to preserve the planet, but escalates to open warfare when Iczer-1 intervenes. Sir Violet commands warriors like Cobalt and later authorizes the creation of Iczer-2, a burgundy-haired gynoid designed to counter Iczer-1, pairing Iczer-2 with Sepia, Cobalt's grieving lover.

Sir Violet's mind-controlled state contrasts her original persona, emphasized by distinct voice performances. Under her command, the Cthulhu devastate Earth into a post-apocalyptic wasteland, abduct humans for transformation, and deploy their fortress Nova to oversee the invasion. Sir Violet remains central until Iczer-1 destroys Big Gold, severing control over her. Her arc concludes with the Cthulhu's defeat and erasure from history when Iczer-1 resets Earth's timeline.
