Zoa is an evil conqueror whose goal is universal domination, serving as the primary antagonist who threatens the entire cosmos. This menace forces the cyborg team to reassemble. Zoa's invasion forces destroy the planet Comada, and a sole survivor from that world, an alien boy named Saba, escapes to Earth to deliver a warning. This act serves as the story's inciting incident. Zoa is ultimately destroyed by the ultimate power he sought to possess for his conquest. That same power is then used to reverse the damage he caused, including the resurrection of a fallen ally.
