Description
Dr. Fritz von Gustav Karigari, a scientist of partial German and Japanese descent, initially specialized in disaster control engineering. He designed the Hyper Master Slave robot control system, but his project was terminated after Jou Kurumada exposed critical safety flaws, leading to the rival Drive Head project being chosen instead. This rejection ignited a fierce desire for revenge, prompting Karigari to leave Japan.
Upon his return, Karigari targeted the Mobile Rescue Police with elaborate schemes. He trapped Chief Kanji Gozu at Akashic Tower using fake explosives, attempted to destroy their headquarters with a solar-powered "Archimedes Beam" (after evacuating the building), and hijacked weather equipment to create city-wide disasters (bluffing about a capital-wide blackout during a TV station takeover). He frequently employed subordinates Yusuke and Akira, freeing them after their arrests.
A pivotal moment occurred when the Evil AI, born from negative human emotions, attacked Karigari.
