Following the Suicide Squad's capture by kingdom soldiers, Cecil personally escorts them to the royal court under Fione's explicit command. He exhibits open hostility toward the squad and Rick Flag, taking offense at Flag's attempt to communicate in Orc language. Despite this friction, Cecil meticulously follows Fione's directives regarding the prisoners.

When Ratcatcher and his beast army threaten the kingdom, Cecil joins the defense alongside the Suicide Squad. After they successfully repel the invasion, he honors Fione's earlier pledge, formally granting the squad their freedom and releasing them from service to the crown. Cecil is a capable warrior, wielding both blades and arcane arts in combat. He possesses distinctive pink hair, dark skin, and white eyes with black sclera, typically adorned in armor featuring pauldrons, gauntlets, fingerless gloves, boots, and a helmet.
