Dadacha is an extraterrestrial creature resembling a wombat, hailing from a distant planet. It takes the form of a yellow-green flying squirrel and possesses the ability to speak some English. Sent to Earth as Zundar's replacement, Dadacha represents the planet Evil with the primary mission of conquering Earth, placing it directly at odds with the Earth Defense Club.

During the second season, Dadacha allies with the Beppu twins, Akihiko and Haruhiko, leaders of the Earth Conquest Club. Together, they generate monsters designed to spread negativity and disrupt harmony. Dadacha's key weapon is the "Dadacha Bomb," which transforms individuals overwhelmed by negative emotions—like frustration, envy, or sadness—into monstrous threats by amplifying those harmful traits.

Dadacha continues its antagonistic role in the OVA *Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!*, collaborating with Zundar in a final bid for world conquest. This effort culminates in a decisive confrontation where both Dadacha and Zundar are defeated, leading to their departure from Earth and the end of their involvement in the series.
