Description
Guillotine Cutter acts as an antagonist. He founded a nameless religion where he proclaims himself its god and archbishop. A fundamental doctrine of this faith is the denial of aberrations' existence, driving his relentless hunt for supernatural beings.

He allies with vampire hunters Dramaturgy and Episode to target Kiss-Shot Acerolaorion Heartunderblade. In their joint assault, Guillotine Cutter severs and claims both her arms. Unlike his partners, he possesses no vampiric attributes or supernatural heritage, remaining entirely human. Despite this, his reputation for extreme danger stems from a ruthless willingness to employ underhanded methods. A calm, stoic exterior masks a cunning pragmatism; he considers even his own life expendable if it advances his objectives.

Facing Koyomi Araragi, Guillotine Cutter escalates by kidnapping Tsubasa Hanekawa, using her as leverage to force Araragi's surrender, demonstrating his morally unconstrained strategy. During their clash, Araragi harnesses vampiric power to transform his arms into tree roots, overpowering and defeating Guillotine Cutter. Honoring their agreement, Guillotine Cutter returns Kiss-Shot's arms after his defeat.

Following Kiss-Shot's full restoration, Guillotine Cutter launches another attack against her. This final attempt proves fatal, as she kills and consumes him. His narrative role underscores the conflict between human ideology and supernatural existence, culminating in his demise at the hands of the entity he sought to eradicate.
