Luhy Distone, also known as Ruhi Jistone, is a Cthulhi, specifically a star-spawn of Cthulhu. Originally employed by the spacefaring entertainment conglomerate Cthulhu Corp, a rival to Carcosa Computer Entertainment (CCE), her assignment involved gathering intelligence on Earth's entertainment sector, particularly targeting Yoriko Yasaka. During this role, she participated in showcasing a newly developed video game platform. However, this platform suffered commercial failure due to prohibitively high pricing. Following its destruction by Kūko, Luhy Distone was terminated from Cthulhu Corp.

After her dismissal, she launched a takoyaki vending business. Her character evolves as she begins to experience romantic feelings toward Hasuta, another alien character. This leads her to declare herself Mahiro Yasaka's rival for Hasuta's affections.

Physically, Luhy Distone possesses striking green hair, typically long and reaching her waist, along with red eyes. She is frequently depicted wearing glasses and initially appears in a professional black suit during her tenure at Cthulhu Corp.
