Münchhausen II, heir to a German scientist aligned with Adolf Hitler, pursues his father’s dark legacy by obsessively striving to resurrect the Kyō-Ō—a primordial force dubbed the “Lord of Chaos”—to impose global dominion. Driven by twisted familial loyalty, he merges occult rituals with psychological manipulation, bending followers like Takeaki Kiryū into instruments of brutality, coercing them into acts of rape and murder to advance his apocalyptic designs.

Later, he preys on Yoenki, sister of Suikakujū, warping her sorrow over her brother’s demise into feral vengeance. Transforming her into a weapon against Amano Jyaku, he masks his true intent: to siphon the Chōjin’s power and shatter the fragile equilibrium binding human, demon, and man-beast realms.

His machinations escalate as he targets Himi, the current Kyo-Ō, plotting her abduction to destroy the Overfiend and usurp supremacy.
