Dokeen, also known as Dokin-chan, is a germ-themed character functioning as Baikinman's primary partner and secondary antagonist. Despite her generally greedy and troublesome nature, she occasionally displays kindness, primarily through an obsessive crush on the heroic Shokupanman, whom she pursues with extreme dedication. Her personal space, including her room, is cluttered with Shokupanman-themed merchandise like posters and plush toys, reflecting this infatuation.

She shares a typical sibling relationship marked by both camaraderie and rivalry with her younger sister, Kokin-chan, particularly over their mutual affection for Shokupanman. During confrontations with Anpanman and other heroes, Dokeen tends to flee early if the situation turns unfavorable. Her appearance consists of an orange-red germ body, pink shoes, white hands, green eyes, small red cheeks, a small red nose, a single antenna, and a long tail.

Her equipment includes a staff capable of increasing or decreasing object size, though she rarely used this tool in later episodes and it was eventually phased out. She pilots a pink UFO for transportation, occasionally using it to hold hostages during Baikinman's schemes. Dokeen has no confirmed significant character development or expanded backstory in spin-offs, OVAs, or other movies beyond her established role. In *Inochi no Hoshi no Dolly*, she retains her standard supporting antagonist role without unique narrative contributions or evolution specific to the film.
