Her orange-red germ body features a distinctive white face with green eyes, a small red nose, and pink cheeks. She wears pink shoes and white gloves, sporting a single head antenna and a long, demon-like tail.

Characterized by selfishness, childishness, and greed, Dokeen frequently bosses Baikinman around, demanding he fetch items or people. Despite this, she displays a capacity for affection, most notably through an intense crush on Shokupanman. This obsession drives her to decorate her surroundings with Shokupanman merchandise and daydream about him. Dokeen readily flees confrontations when battles turn unfavorable.

Key relationships define her interactions: she acts as a demanding partner-in-crime to Baikinman, often treating him rudely while underlyingly caring for him.
