Bread Head Man, known as Shokupanman, is a prominent heroic figure. His head consists of shokupan, Japanese white bread, giving him a primarily white appearance accented by red gloves, a red belt, red shoes, and a cape. An "S" insignia marks his chest. His facial features include small circular cheeks and a wedge-shaped nose, resembling Anpanman.

He possesses a gentle, level-headed, and intelligent personality, tempered by a degree of narcissism. When meeting new individuals, he often takes their hand and dances with them. His primary activity is delivering bread for school lunches using a specialized white truck. He occasionally collaborates with Currypanman, who provides accompanying curry.

As one of Anpanman's closest allies, he forms a heroic trio with Anpanman and Currypanman. Their partnership began when he rescued Anpanman and Currypanman from Baikinman. He participates in coordinated combat maneuvers, including the Double-Punch with either ally and the Special Triple-Punch with both simultaneously. His signature offensive technique, the Shoku-Punch, functions similarly to Anpanman's An-Punch. The white truck serves both delivery and combat purposes.

His relationships include being the romantic interest of Dokeen (Dokinchan). Duplicates of him exist in blue and pink variations, documented in one specific episode.
