Mikura, a nurse with pink hair, works at a private hospital isolated from society. As part of the female staff, she handles daily hospital operations and cares for elderly residents. At night, bizarre music played through the facility's speakers forces her and other staff into sexual activities by inducing uncontrollable desires. Early events hinted at her possible betrayal of fellow nurses and male nurse Yosuke, but by the third episode, Mikura actively aids others in opposing the elderly male residents' control. She rejects the old men who orchestrated the sound experiments manipulating staff into sexual slavery for their benefit. Her actions contribute to uncovering and resisting the hospital's exploitative nighttime environment.
