Description
Azaka Kokutō, the younger sister of Mikiya Kokutō, was separated from her family and adopted by her uncle after a shared childhood loss. This event ignited her romantic feelings for Mikiya, driving her to launch a "Brother Conquering Campaign" despite their blood relation. She attended Reien Girl's Academy, befriending Fujino Asagami and rooming with Shizune Seo. Returning to Mifune City in her late teens, she discovered Mikiya's close bond with Shiki Ryougi, whom she then saw as a romantic rival.
Seeking to compete with Shiki, Azaka apprenticed herself to Touko Aozaki in mid-1998. Though devoid of innate Magic Circuits, she possessed a natural ability for spontaneous combustion, classified as ESP-like pyrokinesis. Touko equipped her with Salamander Skin Gloves, a Mystic Code enabling effective ignition spells.
