Description
Hikaru Kōragi, a voice actress from Fukuoka acclaimed for her role in *Eden's Nova*, was raised by her brother. Their shared anime viewings inspired her career path. Despite her success, she feels undervalued for her appearance and franchise association over acting talent, driving her to pursue rakugo for artistic validation—particularly from figures like Issho Arakawa.

She possesses striking white hair and blue eyes, dresses casually, but wears a floral-patterned blue kimono for rakugo. Hikaru deliberately suppresses her Fukuoka accent, deeming it unsophisticated, to project an urban image. Her voice acting background lends her a generally calm social demeanor.

To prove her abilities beyond voice work, Hikaru enters the Karaku Cup rakugo competition. There, she views Akane Osaki as an unfair rival due to prior unofficial training, cementing a fierce rivalry. She also identifies Karashi Nerimaya as a competitor, though their dynamic is less tense than with Akane. Both rivalries fuel her ambition to surpass them and affirm her artistry.

Her rakugo style, "Theatrical Rakugo," merges dramatic interpretation and character embodiment, leveraging her voice acting expertise to enhance storytelling.

After the Karaku Cup, Hikaru joins the Arakawa School under the stage name Hikaru Arakawa, committing fully to rakugo. She respects her teacher, Ikken Arakawa, for his experience. Her interactions within the school and broader rakugo community remain shaped by her drive to overcome rivals and establish legitimacy.

She enjoys burdock tempura udon and sweet potato shochu, dislikes tomatoes, and watches baseball as a hobby.
