Arai Daichi is a 21-year-old Japanese man whose innate curiosity and adventurous spirit faded under the strain of a difficult home life. His overprotective, controlling mother and largely indifferent father eroded his confidence in social interactions. Seeking radical change and distance from these conflicts, Daichi departs Japan entirely. He journeys through a warp gate to Euthania—a realm inspired by Thai and Southeast Asian mythology, marked by a mild climate, peaceful vistas, diverse fantasy races, and sprawling natural landscapes, yet also inhabited by large monsters.

This transition signifies Daichi’s conscious flight from his past, driven by a quest for personal freedom, independence, and liberation from parental influence. He searches for belonging, striving to reclaim autonomy and rebuild his identity beyond familial constraints.

Daichi’s path mirrors that of Rinrada Ratchamanee, a young Euthanian woman who simultaneously leaves her world for Japan. Their intertwined stories chronicle two souls crossing between worlds, each pursuing purpose and a place to call home.
