Takuseki Ichidō is the father of the protagonist, Rei Ichidō, and the proprietor of a toy store called Omocha no Ichidō. He and his late wife, Naori, were childhood friends. While originally described as an honest and upright person, he was corrupted by his father-in-law, Seiretsu. In his family life, Takuseki tends to favor his younger daughter, Kiri, over his son, Rei. His character design was modeled after the Japanese celebrity Cha Katō.
