Description
Michio is the protagonist of the short anime, whose original identity was a legendary soldier named George. Known by the fearsome nickname Mr. War, George was an elite member of a special forces unit whose prowess on the battlefield made him a terror to both enemies and allies. His life as a soldier came to a tragic end when he was killed by a betrayal from his own comrades.

Following his death, George is reincarnated as Michio, a lowly slave laborer living in a desolate slum known as Scrap Island or Garbage Dump Island. This new environment is a lawless wasteland where violence and exploitation are the norms of daily life. Stripped of his former rank, his weapons, and his very identity as George, Michio retains only his ruthless survival instincts and the sum of his brutal military training from his previous life.

Personality-wise, Michio is defined by his pragmatic and calculating nature, a direct product of his experience as a soldier. He does not rely on sentimentality but instead uses his intellect and combat techniques to navigate the harsh realities of his new world. His primary motivation is simple yet relentless: to rise from the absolute bottom of this hellish society. Seeing that the world operates on the same principle he knew as a soldier, where the strong prey on the weak, he decides to begin a new war. His goal is to climb his way to dominance, using the battlefield that has merely changed form, not its fundamental rules.

In the story, Michio serves as the central force driving the narrative forward. His role is to challenge the established order of Scrap Island from the lowest possible position. Starting with nothing, his journey chronicles his progression as he systematically uses his former life's expertise to overcome obstacles and overpower those who rule through brute force. Key relationships in his new life are hinted at with characters who inhabit this slum, including figures named Sofia and Masa, though his interactions are largely defined by his opposition to the slum's oppressors.

Michio undergoes a significant development that is less about a change in morality and more about the reapplication of his old skills in a new context. He adapts his former identity as Mr. War, a master of battle, to the life of a slave, transforming his oppressed position into a strategic advantage. His most notable abilities are not supernatural powers but his extraordinary military intellect, strategic thinking, and the comprehensive combat training from his time as a special forces operative. Even without weapons, his mind and his training are his most lethal assets, allowing him to fight his way up from the bottom of a society that has no idea who it is truly dealing with.
