Description
Yuko Tsurumaki teaches at Chidori High School and advises the Rifle Shooting Club. She possesses long brown hair, golden brown eyes, and distinctive orange rectangular glasses featuring an incomplete upper frame, typically dressing in a beige cardigan over a white collared shirt.

Personally, she struggles with self-doubt, frequently criticizing her teaching abilities and worrying about becoming distracted during lessons or failing to connect with students. Her private life reveals an intensely cluttered apartment overflowing with anime DVDs, manga, and limited-edition figures, creating significant obstacles to movement and clearly marking her as an otaku.

She volunteered to advise the Rifle Shooting Club upon learning they needed an advisor for competitions, hoping it would offer chances to bond with students. She diligently studied the club's history and activities to prepare. Initial interactions displayed social awkwardness, but she steadily developed supportive relationships with the members. Her practical support included providing transportation to events, utilizing her gold-star driving license despite limited prior experience.

A notable incident occurred when club member Izumi Shibusawa stated she liked Tsurumaki "just as she is," which Tsurumaki interpreted romantically. This caused visible flustering, prompting Tsurumaki to immediately state she could not engage in such relationships with students. Later, she expressed difficulty choosing among the club members, leading Hikari Kokura to joke about Tsurumaki pursuing a "harem route." Tsurumaki herself referenced having "three years to decide" which member to focus on, reinforcing this ambiguous situation.

Her connections with club members extended beyond her advisory role. She accidentally encountered Yukio Igarashi at school, and their interactions often included comedic elements stemming from her social ineptitude. She maintained her mentorship position while navigating the evolving complexities of her relationships with the students.
