Description
Taika Inaba is a single man working for a video game company. He shares a very close bond with his grandmother, and his deepest wish is for her to be able to meet his child. However, this dream is challenged by a deeply personal struggle, as he suffers from erectile dysfunction, a condition that fills him with anxiety and insecurity.

His personality is initially marked by this anxiety, which directly impacts his romantic life. At a speed-dating event, he meets and instantly connects with a woman named Ayano Katase, a doctor who is eager to have children. Just as the couples are about to be announced, Taika’s fears about his condition overwhelm him, causing him to panic and flee the event.

Fate intervenes when he later visits a doctor for his condition, only to discover that the physician is none other than Ayano herself. This revelation forms the core of his role in the story. He makes an astonishing discovery: when he is with Ayano, his erectile dysfunction completely disappears. This pivotal development leads the two of them to enter into a secret, contractual marriage with a single, focused goal: to conceive and have a child within a year.

Key to his journey is his relationship with Ayano Katase, which evolves from a chance meeting to a patient-doctor dynamic and finally into a unique marital arrangement. He also has a relationship with a junior colleague named Mimi Kagamiya, a cheerful and friendly co-worker who treats him like a close male friend but harbors hidden romantic feelings for him. This relationship adds another layer to the story. The narrative follows Taika’s development as he navigates this unusual agreement, confronting his personal insecurities while pursuing his heartfelt motivation to start a family. His notable ability, central to the plot, is the spontaneous remission of his erectile dysfunction specifically when in the presence of Ayano.
