The Inquisitor appearing in the Star Wars: Visions episode The Bandits of Golak is a green-skinned humanoid male who serves the Galactic Empire in the era following Order 66. His sadism is evident in his actions, as he takes pride in the fact that he has left no survivors after slaughtering an entire village of farmers. This arrogance also manifests in his interactions with others, as he cruelly taunts a young, hungry girl by depriving her of food and dismissively refers to a powerful fugitive Jedi as a dim-witted crone. His physical appearance is distinctive, featuring teal-green skin, red eyes, and two small cranial horns hidden beneath his black hood. He also sports a thick black mustache and soul patch, with three small vertical scars beneath his left eye.

In the story, this Inquisitor is dispatched to the desert world of Golak to investigate rumors of a girl with special powers. He relentlessly pursues the Force-sensitive villager Rani and her brother Charuk, cornering them during a sandstorm. His motivations are simple and driven by his duty to the Empire and his own vicious nature, seeking to eliminate any potential Jedi threat or Force-sensitive individual. Key to his role is his relationship with his prey, particularly the fugitive Jedi Rugal, whom he underestimates. His development is brief but definitive, as his overconfidence leads directly to his demise. After a short duel, Rugal kills him by slitting his throat with one of her lightsabers. His notable abilities include being a formidable duelist, wielding the standard Inquisitorius weapon of a red double-bladed spinning lightsaber, which he carries on the backplate of his armor. He is also accompanied in his duties by two Purge Troopers, highlighting his rank and the resources at his command.

Another Inquisitor appears in a different episode of the same volume, titled T0-B1. This humanoid male also hunts Jedi survivors for the Empire following Order 66. He is responsible for killing the Jedi researcher Mitaka and destroying his laboratory. This Inquisitor wears black armor with a cape and fights with a standard red-bladed lightsaber. He later returns to the planet after the droid T0-B1 builds a lightsaber and experiences a connection to the Force. The Inquisitor fights with firmness and aggression, cutting off one of T0-B1's arms. He is surprised to discover his opponent is a droid, which provides an opening for T0-B1 and his droid companion C03 to merge and defeat him with a single slash. As he fights, he becomes more animal-like, exposing a mouth full of sharp teeth when he screams in anger.
