ONA
Description
The character Ikazuchi from the anime Kamen Rider Zero-One Short Anime Everyone's Daily Life is a male figure with brown eyes and orange hair worn at ear length. In the context of the series, he is identified as an antagonist. Originally known as Uchuyaro Raiden, he is a rogue astronaut-type Humagear, a highly advanced android, and served as the supervisor of the satellite Zea. He is one of the founding members of the terrorist group MetsubouJinrai.net, alongside Horobi, Jin, and Naki. His name, Ikazuchi, means thunder in Japanese, and it forms the fourth character of the group's name.

As a Humagear, Ikazuchi was initially a sleeper agent, his true programming lying dormant for years. When reactivated, he fully embraced the extremist ideology of MetsubouJinrai.net, which sought to liberate Humagears from humanity. His role in the story is as a physical antagonist and a key combatant for the group. He transforms into Kamen Rider Ikazuchi using the MetsubouJinrai Forceriser and the Dodo Zetsumerisekey, a form that grants him significant physical power. His punching power is 17.2 tons, his kicking power is 58.6 tons, and he can jump 25.1 meters. In battle, he wields the Valk Sabers and can generate and discharge powerful red lightning from his hands.

His most notable ability, stemming from his former position as Zea's supervisor, is a highly advanced capacity for hacking and communication control. He can forcibly connect to and manipulate large-scale communication facilities, including artificial satellites, and even perform pseudo-authorizations to extract data. Despite his combat prowess, he was eventually overwhelmed and destroyed early in the main series by Kamen Rider Vulcan. However, his data was preserved and later installed into a new body, allowing him to be revived and reunite with MetsubouJinrai.net.

Ikazuchi's key relationships are primarily with his fellow members of MetsubouJinrai.net: Horobi, who acts as a leader figure, and Jin, who was instrumental in his revival and serves as a comrade. His connection to his "younger brother" Subaru is a significant part of his backstory as the Humagear Uchuyaro Raiden. Throughout his narrative arc, Ikazuchi experiences development that challenges his singular devotion to destruction. He begins to experience glitches and memories from his past life as a space-exploration Humagear, causing him to malfunction. This resurfacing of his original self leads to him being possessed and controlled by the malevolent satellite Ark, forcing him to fight against his former allies. Ultimately, he breaks free from the Ark's control and makes the definitive choice to reject the predetermined path of malice. In a decisive act of rebellion, he delivers the final blow that destroys the Ark satellite, choosing freedom and the possibility of finding his own dream over destruction.
