In the Japanese version he is called Maximus Dragma, while the English trading card game refers to him as Dogmatika Maximus. He appears as a supporting character in the The Fallen & The Virtuous episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! CARD GAME THE CHRONICLES, which adapt the Abyss storyline from the card game. As both the highest religious authority and the ultimate political ruler, he commands absolute power over the nation's church and its crusader army, which is composed of devout followers of the Dragma faith.
