ONA
Description
Ida Deesna is a character from the Bastard!! manga and anime series, where he holds the title of a Sorcerer Shogun and is known specifically as a Demon World Illusionist, a type of summoner. His name is a reference to Dee Snider, the former singer of the glam metal band Twisted Sister.

In terms of appearance, Ida Deesna is characterized by his large physique, auburn hair, and purple eyes. He wears distinctive make-up on his face reminiscent of a summoner, along with a dark robe, a light-colored striped sash, and a gold choker with jewels.

As a Sorcerer Shogun, Ida Deesna is deeply loyal to his master, Kall-Su, sharing the unwavering dedication common among his peers. This loyalty defines his motivations, as he is willing to go to nearly any length to see his lord's ideals and ambitions achieved. He has been noted to express nervousness or fear in the face of Kall-Su's more intense speeches, suggesting a capacity for genuine emotion beneath his formidable exterior.

Within the narrative, Ida Deesna serves as a high-ranking officer in the Rebel Army under Kall-Su. He is first seen during a meeting at Castle Judas, where Kall-Su outlines their plans for conquest and the need to find the final seal of the god Anthrasax. When the vampire Di-Amon infiltrates their base to assassinate Kall-Su, Ida is among the Shoguns who rush to defend their master, though their combined efforts prove ineffective against the intruder until Kall-Su personally intervenes. Later, he joins the majority of the Sorcerer Shoguns in commanding an airship fleet sent to find the flying city of King Crimson Glory. The fleet is attacked by a magical cloud dragon, causing their ships to crash and scattering the Shoguns across the city's surface. He eventually reunites with other Shoguns and engages in battle against the Samurai and a resurrected Dark Schneider to prevent them from interfering with Kall-Su. Following the breaking of Anthrasax's seal and the dark god's subsequent awakening, Ida and the surviving Shoguns reluctantly join forces with their former enemies to fight the monstrous threat. They later attempt to escape the city on a tamed cloud dragon before being forced back by an army of Angels. Ultimately, they fight alongside Prince Lars to defend King Crimson Glory's Astral Engine from the Angels, a desperate battle that results in the deaths of many of his fellow Sorcerer Shoguns.

Ida Deesna's primary relationship is with his master, Kall-Su, to whom he is intensely loyal. He also works alongside the other Sorcerer Shoguns, including Shella E. Lee, Yngwei von Mattström, Ross Zaboss Friedrich, Ran Di, Zakk Walder, and Zion Sol Vanderverg, forming a cohesive unit under their lord's command.

Throughout the story, Ida Deesna does not undergo a significant personal transformation, remaining steadfast in his devotion to Kall-Su. His development is more situational, transitioning from an agent of Kall-Su's conquest to a reluctant ally against the greater threat of Anthrasax and later a defender of the Astral Engine against the Angels.

As a Demon World Illusionist, Ida Deesna's notable abilities center on summoning. He uses two Summoning Jewels on his waist to call forth creatures from the demon world. His specific spells include Motorhead, which summons demons from hell; Fifth Summoning Sentest, which summons an ice princess to fight for the caster; and Titan Feet, which summons the foot of a titan to crush opponents. For physical combat, his weapon of choice is an Iron Fan, a delicate-looking weapon that is said to have the power to crack the skulls of one hundred gorillas in a single blow. He also possesses a skill called Double Sky Fan, which allows him to swing both of his fans at lightning speed to damage enemies.
