Description
Residing near Domina, Shiloh hears a mysterious voice in his dreams, compelling him to fulfill a mission. This voice, revealed as the Mana Goddess, contacts him for salvation. While aiding Elazul, a lapis lazuli-core Jumi knight, to rescue the lost Pearl (a pearl-core Jumi) in Mekiv Caverns, Shiloh forges a strong bond with them, prompting his quest to find and aid other Jumi. Pearl adores him, addressing him as "Onii-sama".

Before these events, Shiloh subdued Bud and Lisa, who now live with him as devoted followers calling him "Master". He also shares a prior acquaintanceship with Niccolo, having aided him earlier. Shiloh cares for Li'l Cactus, a shy, mobile cactus that secretly chronicles his exploits, and receives swordsmanship training from Duelle, an onion knight.

Shiloh's journey involves collaborating with Inspector Boyd to pursue the jewel hunter Sandra, who targets Jumi cores. Traveling across diverse lands, he encounters and assists more Jumi: Emerald/Esmeralda, a magic academy student hiding her emerald core; Florina, the self-sacrificing fluorite Jumi and former Jewel Princess; and Diana, the diamond-core Jumi leader whose location became unknown after the Glittering City's fall.

His efforts focus on protecting the Jumi, recovering stolen cores, and confronting escalating threats, culminating in the final quest, "The Teardrop Crystal". Driven by compassion and justice, his deep commitment to aiding near-strangers creates narrative tension regarding his motivations. His relationship with Serafina, sharing their connection to the Mana Goddess, remains consistent as they work towards their intertwined destiny.
