Description
Carlos "Charlie" Blanka is a character who appears in the live-action film and the associated animated series, representing a fusion of two distinct characters from the Street Fighter video game series: the beast-like fighter Blanka and the American soldier Charlie Nash.
In this adaptation, Carlos Blanka is originally a soldier and a close friend of Colonel Guile, serving in his unit. His backstory diverges significantly from the video games, as he is not a plane crash survivor who mutated in the jungle. Instead, Carlos is captured by the forces of the criminal organization Shadaloo. Its leader, General M.
