Nanaha Izumi begins as the devoted partner of Jin Takayama, the man who later becomes Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha. She is instrumental in Haruka's development, giving him a spare Amazons Driver belt that allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Amazon Omega and gain control over his powers. However, due to the lysogenic Amazon cells she inherited from her pregnancy, she resurrects as the Jellyfish Amazon. In their final confrontation, she pushes him out of the blast radius of his own explosive weapon, refusing to let him die with her. She is ultimately killed by Jin and the Exterminators.
