Live action TV
Description
Miss Thursday is a Frontier Agent of the criminal organization Baroque Works and the partner of Mr. 11. In the original manga and anime, she was only briefly mentioned by Nefertari Vivi and never appeared on screen. For the live-action adaptation of the second season, titled One Piece: Into the Grand Line, series creator Eiichiro Oda designed her as a completely new character, expanding on the mere mention from the original story. She is also revealed to be the younger sister of Mr. 4, hinting at a deeper connection that would be explored in later seasons.

Miss Thursday works as a deadly assassin, and her personality is best described as ruthless, pragmatic, and self-serving. She shows little loyalty to her partner or her organization beyond what is necessary to complete a mission. When she and Mr. 11 are dispatched to the Marines’ communications outpost on Renaisse Island to destroy evidence and kill all personnel, she does not hesitate to carry out the massacre. However, when confronted by Marine Captain Smoker, her instinct for self-preservation overrides any sense of camaraderie. Rather than attempting to save Mr. 11, she abandons him and tries to flee, revealing a cowardly and selfish side.

Her motivations are tied strictly to her role within Baroque Works: she follows orders from Mr. Zero to eliminate any threat to the organization's secret plans. There is no indication of a personal vendetta or deeper ambition; she is a hired killer who values her own life above all else.

In the story’s progression, Miss Thursday serves as a minor antagonist whose actions have significant repercussions. Her mission to silence the Renaisse outpost inadvertently leads to a key piece of evidence—a surviving Transponder Snail recording a conversation between Sanji and Mr. Zero—being discovered by Smoker. This misleads the Marines into believing the Straw Hat Pirates are allied with Baroque Works, intensifying Smoker’s pursuit of Luffy and his crew. Her death at Smoker’s hands, when he repels her own baseball and sends it into her throat, removes her from the narrative quickly but leaves a lasting impact on the investigation.

Her key relationship is with Mr. 11, her partner, but the bond is purely professional and one-sided. She holds no loyalty to him, as demonstrated by her abandonment. Another hinted relationship is with her brother, Mr. 4, though they do not interact on screen in the second season.

Notable abilities include her mastery of baseball as a weapon. She uses baseballs thrown with lethal accuracy and force, capable of killing ordinary Marines and even threatening a Logia user like Smoker before her own projectile is turned against her. As a Frontier Agent, she also holds authority over lower-ranked members of Baroque Works known as the Millions, but her own combat prowess is limited to her throwing technique. She possesses no Devil Fruit powers and relies entirely on her physical skill and ruthlessness.

Her character does not undergo any development or growth; she appears as a disposable agent whose purpose is to demonstrate the reach of Baroque Works and to set the stage for the larger conflict ahead. Her design and role were created specifically for the live-action series, making her a unique addition to the expanded canon.
