Description
Corinna, younger sister to Benno, is the rightful heir to the Gilberta Company, currently managed by her husband Otto. Raised by Benno after their parents' early death, her status as heiress prevented her from leaving Ehrenfest to avoid suitors, unlike her elder sister. Otto, a traveling merchant, secured Ehrenfest citizenship and won her hand through persistent courtship; she later grew to love him truly. They live on the Gilberta Company's third floor with their daughter Renate, and Corinna is expecting their next child, due in winter.

She possesses pale cream hair, typically braided and updone, and silvery gray eyes. Her beauty includes a gentle, feminine aura and a perfect hourglass figure, with emotions often clear on her face.

Despite her approachable and gentle exterior, Corinna possesses sharp business acumen and decisiveness rivaling Benno's. She exhibits keen enthusiasm for design and sewing. Her business methods involve extracting valuable commercial information from individuals like Tuuli and Effa without payment, contrasting with Benno's outwardly stern but supportive approach. Concerned for Otto's happiness in his soldier role, she seeks reassurance from Myne about his satisfaction.

Corinna actively contributes to the Gilberta Company as a skilled seamstress. She evaluates designs, such as Myne's baptism outfit, and engages in pricing and contract negotiations. Her influence extends to training and mentoring apprentices, including Tuuli, who admires her alongside Effa.
