Despite this, she is genuinely caring and shows concern for others, such as Detective Pikachu when he is injured.

Lucy’s primary motivation is to climb the ranks at CNM and earn recognition for her investigative skills. She becomes suspicious of the official story surrounding the death of detective Harry Goodman, believing there is a larger conspiracy at play. This curiosity drives her to investigate on her own, initially approaching Harry’s estranged son, Tim Goodman, for information. While Tim is initially resistant, she later provides crucial assistance to him and Detective Pikachu by sharing Harry’s last known leads and helping them infiltrate a research facility.

Her key relationships include her bond with her Psyduck, whom she relies on for protection in dangerous situations.
