Pocchan is a cat character in the anime Kuruneko. She is formally known as Poko, with Pocchan used as her common nickname, and she is also referred to as pokorimushi. She is a female cat who serves as the author's alter ego within the series. Although her actual coat pattern is tortoiseshell, she is depicted in the manga and anime with fluffy orange fur. In the story, she is part of a group of rowdy street cats and is the second member of that group, which is known as the gurentai.
