Description
Bon is one of the male cats living in the household at the center of Kuruneko. His background is that of a rescued stray, as the series is based on the creator’s experiences taking in abandoned and stray cats. In the early dynamics of the household, before the arrival of the youngest cat Kobo, Bon was the only male cat, which positioned him as the de facto senior male figure in the group.
Personality-wise, Bon is characterized by a striking and humorous contrast between his appearance and his inner nature. He has a face that looks like a yakuza, or a tough gangster, which gives him a gruff and intimidating exterior. Despite this rough look, his true personality is much softer and more sensitive.
